Autumn Stills

autumn stills
Yesterday I set up a naturalist still life for a little inspiration.

autumn stills no. 2
It's full of found objects and bits of nature gathered outside the studio.

My neighbors asked if I would teach them drawing.

Last night was our first class. We all had a lot of fun.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful, Holly! It looks like you're getting back to normal after Sandy, that is good!

Wish I could be there for that class
and I'm glad to hear that your heat is back on.

Thanks all, yes, we are back to normal after the storm! The drawing class has me thinking back to my foundation art days. Truly it should be called how to see, not how to draw. I think everyone can draw, no?
